Shipping Policy

1) Delivery to receiver will be on Next Working Day in Bangkok area and 2-3 Working Days in countryside (Closed on SAT-SUN and Public Holidays) 

2) The Shipments shall be delivered to the Recipient's address specified by Customer information that provided, though not necessarily personally to a Recipient named in person.

3) In the event of a first failed attempt, Company will make reasonable effort in redelivering the Shipment.

4) If the Recipient refuses to accept a Shipment or the Shipment could not be delivered, Company has the right to not allow for any refund but the customer can correct or revised address for redelivery.

5) Provided that company has made reasonable efforts to deliver Shipment in accordance with Section 3 but has not been able to do so more than 3 times, Company will be entitled to dispose or destroy such Shipments at the expense of the Customer.

6) Company shall not be liable for loss or damage arising out of circumstances which are beyond its control, such as but not limited to earthquakes, hurricanes, storms, flood, fog, war, industrial disputes, civil disturbance or riots.

7) Company shall not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential losses in any circumstances.

8) Company shall use its best endeavors to deliver the Shipment in accordance with the usual delivery times; however, Company does not assume any liability for any such lead or delivery times.

9) In case of changing / correct address or any info, please contact our call center at 02-089-1909 or E-mail vz.eshopping@vietjetair.com. The revised of any info is limited only 3 times. Request change over 3 times, Company will be entitled to dispose or destroy such Shipments at the expense of the Customer.

10) Once received VZ items, customer need to record the video for the evidence start from unpack the items to ensure that the items is in good condition. If found the items in not good condition, customer need to inform to our call center at 02-089-1909 or E-mail vz.eshopping@vietjetair.com with the video evidence from unpacking he item and found. Company will resend the new items to the customer and return the old one.
