Customer need to change /correct info or wrong item deliver

- Customer can call to VZ Call Center to received info which need to provide Full Name, Contact No., E-mail, Purchasing No. and purpose of the request (Change Details or inform wrong/ Broken item) or customer can contact to to request. For Call Center channel, Call Center must collect customer data with evidence (Video clip, ID card) and provide to Ancillary team via for further process
