Customer need to change /correct info or wrong item deliver

- Customer can call to VZ Call Center to received info which need to provide Full Name, Contact No., E-mail, Purchasing No. and purpose of the request (Change Details or inform wrong/ Broken item) or customer can contact to vz.eshopping@vietjetair.com to request. For Call Center channel, Call Center must collect customer data with evidence (Video clip, ID card) and provide to Ancillary team via vz.eshopping@vietjetair.com for further process
